Feasibility study for a Proposed Museum Faringdon and District

This 40 page, comprehensive document is a feasibility study prepared by Oxfordshire Museums in July 1994 for a proposed museum to serve Faringdon and district for which the proposed site was 7 Market Place, Faringdon.  Attached to the document is a letter addressed to a representative of the Shrivenham Local History Society, inviting delegates to inspect the proposed site which were privately owned.

Also included is a map of the proposed site and letters of comunication between various interested parties eg.,the Deputy County Archeologist and Area Director and County Museums Officer.
