John Alcott - Marine Artist

This Listing concerns a large book, beautifully bound in blue calf skin leather, of prints of the paintings of John Alcott, Marine Artist, and others. It was commissioned in 1978 and is of the highest quality. The connection to Shrivenham is that it was loaned to the Society by Neil B. Maw, who was born in Watchfield and lived in Shrivenham for many years, and at the time of loan was a committee member of the Shrivenham Heritage Society.
