Home Farm near old Stratton Crossroads

This farm is located by the entrance to the Sainsbury's Supermarket at Stratton near Swindon. The many shoppers who drive to the store will be familiar with the old Farmhouse that has stood empty for many years. One of the members of Shrivenham Heritage Society recently discovered some family photographs of the Greenaway family to whom she is related. The photographs are dated to circa 1905 and show Arthur Thomas Greenaway and his family outside the farmhouse mentioned above. This has led to more research being carried out on Arthur and more will be added to this listing as the research progresses.
