Sale of the Manor House at Shrivenham in 1739

Two legal documents from the 18th century, an Assingnment and a Release from 1739, make up the information in this listing. The documents are from a bundle purchased by Shrivenham Heritage Society via Ebay and have kept together what we consider to be an important discovery that imparts more knowledge on the Fairthorne family. To read a precis of the two documents please go HERE

Digital copies of the original documents are available in high resolution on request

For more information on the Manor House please see SHS N209
