The letters of Phoebe K. Ames in 1997

This is a charming series of letters from a lady called Phoebe Ames who at 93 years of age felt the need to write to Shrivenham Primary School after seeing an article on a local TV programme. She lived at Bourton from 1907 to 1927 and had a lots of dealings with the school. There are some interesting pieces of information that come out in her writings.
