Bourton lands leased from Lord Barrington in 1790

This transaction is in the form of a Lease & Release dated 18th and 19th June 1790, between William Lord Viscount Barrington (2nd) of Beckett and Thomas Kinneir of Lambeth Terrace, Lambeth, Surrey Esq. It involves numerous messuages (houses), buildings and lands at Bourton that belong to the Manors of Shrivenham Salop and Stallpits. And also land that was leased to William Newcombe being surrendered to Thomas Kinneir. There are also two certificates of admission by Thomas Kinneir into the two Manors. There is also a Land Tax payment certificate in this file - very ornate.
