Faringdon Advertiser Newspapers

The Faringdon Advertiser & Vale of White Horse Gazette ran from 1862 until 1942. Today it is a useful source of information for the historical researcher. This listing is three original copies of the newspaper from 1876, July 1st & 15th and June 17th. They are in delicate condition but can be viewed at the Heritage Centre upon request. The whole production of the newspapers have been scanned by the British Newspaper Archive and are available online by subscription to the researcher.
