A Lease & Release from 1826 of a property in Upper Bourton John Hart to Richard Coles. And a Conveyance from 1836 of the same property Richard Coles to Richard Fuce. The old problem in that we don't yet know to which property this refers in Upper Bourton ?
Indenture dated 3rd May 1790. This appears to be the same as the property above in the L&R of 1826. James Stone of Watchfield sold to John Hart for £30 a property in Upper Bourton that included a Barn. (NBM transcribed precis on rear of document).
Conveyance. 1899. Ernest Alfred Tucker to Selina Lea. Cottage and Land fronting the high road leading from Bourton to Shrivenham. Not clear which property ?
Reconveyance 1903 of several pirces of land formerly belonging to John Tombs Painton Smith
Conveyance 1899 Jane Bravington & others, to William Mortimer. Premises formerly occupied by the Vicar John Kearney. Still not positively identified ?
