The Manor Farm of Shrivenham Salopp

The name Shrivenham Salopp has appeared in historical documents over several centuries. It was one of several manors, others being Stalpitts, Rectory and Beckett. But the usual problem among historian researchers has always been one of exact location. Shrivenham Heritage Society has made steady progress on the problem, and this listing explains the location of what was the principal manor. Also covered in this listing is the 17th century property known as Mottardes that belonged to the same manor.
